DBT Skills Training is an educational psychotherapy that focuses on teaching you behavioural skills in mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. DBT is considered the ‘gold standard’ treatment for Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD), previously known as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). It has also been proven effective in treating Binge Eating Disorder, Bulimia Nervosa, Self-Harm, Substance Abuse, Anger Management, BFRBs and ADHD.
